Essentially, human hair that is sourced diligently in bundles from the same donor to ensure each strand is going in the same direction to keep the integrity of the hair and its cuticle.

Not bad, just not the best.

Non-remy hair isn't sourced and treated diligently. Harsher grade products are often used during the processing of this hair, stripping the cuticle. The cuticle is then artificially replaced hence the dramatic shift in quality with use.

Absolutely! We provide human hair so it can be coloured and treated just like your natural hair.

Our hair isn't virgin and has been coloured to get it to its beautiful shades.

Unlike hair extensions, our natural hair has the remarkable ability to nourish itself. So be mindful when colouring, particularly lifting your colour, as this can cause significant damage to your hair extensions.

Our hair extensions last upwards of 12+ months with appropriate care.

We recommend minimising products with sulphates as they tend to be quite drying for your hair. Fill your sink with warm water, add a few pumps of your favourite shampoo, and then follow through with a rich conditioner or mask.

Yes, your specialist will re-tape the extensions during your maintenance appointments using pre-cut tapes or tape rolls.

Always consult your specialist, as this varies depending on your hair's natural growth cycle and the adhesive used, but the general rule is.

Methods using adhesive: 4-6 weeks
Sew-in methods: 6-8 weeks

Otherwise for orders under $200 standard shipping is $7.99 and express is $14.99

We aim to process all orders within 1 business day. If your order is placed by 4:30 pm AEST it will ship the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day. We don't think caring for your extensions should be hard. Good products and good practices is all you need to have not only great hair but keep your hair extensions looking amazing. Minimise use of sulphates and harsh chemicals, use a great leave in treatment and hair oil or serum that doesn't have too many silicones. Switch out your regular hair ties and pillows to silk. When styling and brushing be gentle. Hair extensions should feel like your own, so picking up a whole new routine just isn't realistic or sustainable. Make these small switches and your hair (and extensions) will thank you.
