We will respond to you within 24-48 hours with an update regarding your application. You must be a registered and operating salon/stylist to qualify for our trade offers and prices. We conduct our internal procedures to verify your details. However, we reserve the right to request this information should we deem it necessary to complete your application. ♡ Documentation confirming your training/qualified hairstylist. If you are an apprentice or currently undergoing training to receive your qualifications, please. Provide the necessary documents; your education provider should offer this.

 

We will attempt to contact you to enquire about this information; if we do not receive a response within a reasonable period, we will rightfully revoke your account's trade access. Trade customers cannot use any retail discounts with their trade orders unless informed otherwise. If we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse, your account will be suspended until we can confirm the legitimacy of your account. 

 

We suggest all trade clients place hair orders well in advance to avoid any last minute or potential delays. We also offer to Click and Collect or Shop In-store for urgent orders. 

 

Should any errors occur after purchase, we will do our best to work with you.
