Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping rates?
♥ Orders over $200 = Free Express or Standard Shipping
♥ Standard Delivery orders less than $200 = $7.99
♥ Express Delivery on orders less than $200 = $14.99
How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day. If your order is placed by 2 pm AEST it will ship the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays or weekends. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number (check your junk).

My order has shipped but it's taking forever?
This sucks we know! It’s important to note that peak trade seasons or events such as the Black Friday sale or Christmas can mean a heck of a lot more orders and potentially some delays in receiving your order. Any of these delays caused by Australia Post or DHL are occurrences that we are not responsible for.
Oh no! my parcel .... it’s missing?
When receiving your order, if you have allowed the courier authority to deliver your package without a signature or leave it in a safe spot on the delivery premise, we are not held liable in the event that the parcel goes missing.
If this does unfortunately happen, we will investigate your case with Australia Post
I’ve entered the wrong address but my order has already shipped?
We try and get your order out as quickly as possible, so it’s best to always double-check your address before completing your order. In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, please e-mail us immediately so that we can attempt to update your information.
If we are unable to do this as your order has already shipped, we will have to wait for it to be returned and ship your order to the updated address.
Does Amélura Hair Ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship Australia wide but we are working super hard to be worldwide.
